Spurs, Brighton, West Ham and Brentford all eyeing moves apparently. Fee would need to be around £30mil, setting a new club record for Celtic.

I can see him as a Brighton player.

I can see him in that Brighton side, I can't see Brighton spending £30+m for him

He’d be a good fit in any of those teams, but for regular first team starts it would have to be either Brighton or Brentford, whether they would shell out £30m is another matter

Brighton forked out £30 for Joao Pedro from Watford in the Championship, so I don't see any reason to doubt why they wouldn't splash that money again.

As people have mentioned, £30 odd million on Joao Pedro. Then Baleba from Lille was in excess of £20mill, Mwepu £20mill, Jahanbakhsh £17mill and even Bissouma was £15mill quite a few years back. The market is changing, Brighton are in Europe now, whilst they will still want gems with sell on fees I don't think £30million is the sort of fee that would price them out or put them off O'Riley anymore

I dont see him at Spurs, with Maddison there he wouldnt get a lot of pitch time. I think he would be great at Brighton and Brentford, maybe even Villa. Christ, the way united are he might fit in there right now.

Inter Milan keen now too and being reported by Sky Sports.

Looking at a loan with obligation to buy, which would exceed £25m

Didn't loans with obligations to buy get banned recently because they were being used as accounting loopholes.
Anyway I hope this happens as I live in Milan so I'd actually have a reason to support one of the two teams.
