Yep but it might not have been down to us. Southampton sent him here to develop under Tisdale for several months. He did that. Now time to develop under another management team and a different side. Southampton don’t care how important he is to us, they care about how much better he can progress. |

I don't think it's coincidence that we got really good quality loan players when we played Robboball. |

Must confess I feel slightly pissed off to see the likes of Wheeler and Hesketh go to other clubs, still it’s not all bad, we have Bowery, Mason, Harley and Reeves. |

Although I don’t think it’s a case of clubs not wanting to send players here, I genuinely don’t think Tisdale wants many if any loanees early on in the season. |

The prem clubs will be happier with their players going to a team that plays a passing game. |

That’s literally why I said I said that to someone the other day. I don’t think it’s a case of us not being able to get players on loan though. I don’t think Tisdale wants to sign players on 6 month loans to then not get them back and have to replace them in January and sort the side out again. For right or for wrong. |
