Not even Spurs could afford to turn down a determined bid of 100 Million plus.

Enjoy a great English player continue to develop and hopefully perform well on the international stage, possibly winning trophies?

I don't know. Last season maybe, but with the ridiculous transfers of this summer, I can see them holding out for even more

Personally, I'll hold an irrational but deep grudge against both Dele Alli and Tottenham Hotspur, and spend a lot of time in about 25 years boring people with 'what could have been for MK Dons if Alli had left Spurs' ramblings.

Seriously though, I think it's probable that he'll leave. And a potentially related prediction is that Pochettino will manage Real Madrid.

He was pretty poor for half an hour. After his goal he (and the rest of the Spurs team) were fantastic. They bossed the European champions.

I really hope he stays at Spurs. Poch is so good for him.

As much as Spurs played well Real Madrid were atrocious.

Oh yes but I don’t think spurs were responsible for making Real unable to pass the ball or make a challenge do you?

That's why it was such a good performance by Spurs, that's precisely what they did.

Some talentless clogger will break his knee and end his career, just as a deal is about to close.

Nailed on.

I've been to a funeral today, so not as upbeat as usual.
