Perhaps he's a very good coach but not a good leader, especially in tough times?
Always the impression I got from him. He didn't know how to turn it round with us.
This sums it up perfectly for me.
Williamson similar ?
Far too early to say. We've hardly had tough times under him yet. We've had a few difficult results, which we have usually bounced back from reasonably well. But We've not really had a sustained poor run of form.
The test will be if (and its a big if) we get promoted, how he copes in League One where wins will not be so easy to come by and we will almost certainly have tricky periods.
