A bit of a faux pas tactically today from Williamson in my opinion. I really didn't get or agree with playing as a false 9. In fact I could count on one hand the number of teams that can play it effectively and we aren't one of them. He should have brought on Harrison after 20 minutes when it was abundantly clear it wasn't working. I felt for Kemp, who worked his bollocks off, but it's pretentious and stupid in my opinion. I hope MW doesn't do it again.

A good 3 points though and we remain in the hunt.

You're right, it didn't work, too many players playing out of position. I can only assume that with Dean out for however long he didn't want to risk Harrison after he went off injured last week.

Looked a lot better when Harrison and Wearne came on.

Why don't you want to see a replay of their goal? Oddly it was quite similar to our winner both players allowed to wander inside and have a pot shot, both shots clipped a heel leaving the keepers with no chance.

Comically bad first half against a bunch of shitbags. Awful ref. Kemp continues to annoy me.

But the substitutions made a real difference. Cracking free kick (shades of Twine!) for our first. And winning it with a deflected goal in time added on was great; Accy fans will have been really pissed off. That cheered me up no end.

I like the look of Bate. And I'm warming to Harrison who did a great job with the unglamorous but essential work. Nat Lofthouse had his best game for us I reckon. And kudos to the back three, especially MJ.
