Payne was superb I thought. Kemp and Robson a bit anonymous (goal aside of course!!). Tomlinson spent almost the whole game in acres and acres of space on the left. And lovely to wave off two AFC players after red cards!
Only downsides were the finishing in the second half, and the new keeper. But fuck it - COYD!!!!
Agreed, great performance and I thought the cowshed were in fine voice too.My night ended with Ronnie Sandford turning to help us with a fallen tree. Might have a chance at being first choice too, as the the only downside was the keeper doing little to settle my nerves.
Dreadful racket all bl**dy game. AND the so and so in front of me excelled himself in standing up.
I've gone so far as to write a letter to The Times.
