Newport holding on for a draw at home is pretty embarrassing

Probably should have won that based on the chances in the last 20 minutes.

Not an awful performance and we probably should have won given the chances we created second half. It's another point on the board but we have to start winning games like that soon if we want to have any chance of climbing back up into the top 7.

Scrappy 1st half. Much better 2nd. Only one team deserved to win that and we were so superior to them in the second half.

Huge positives for me. Clean sheet away from home and on another day, we win that 4-0 but our finishing had an off day.

We were able to play some lovely stuff at times and persisted to take risks which should have paid off. I thought Grant was MOTM and created multiple chances for the team.

Gilbey by his standards had an off day.

This.

We really should have one but poor finishing let us down. Oh well 3 unbeaten in the league. 7 points from 12 for MW. It’s so much better than under GA.

I'll take that.

We weren't all there for periods of the game and would've lost it a few weeks ago. We seemed to stay composed when the going got tough and it'll only bode well going forward.

Both teams are terrible.

I think there may be a fair bit of crossover here ;)

We wern't exactly clinical but I thought we looked alright, especially in the last half an hour or so. No way could I describe that as terrible. Some very positive signs, and another point that we wouldn't have got a few weeks ago.

This game is distinctly League Two.

We just have to 'Deal With It'. :(
(I guess that's what the supervisor in a casino says to those in charge of Black Jack....)
