In the end I draw seemed to be a fair result although of course it could well have been three points for us had Alfie not missed that penalty. I think the overall performance was typical of many games this season, and highlighted the areas that will need addressing in the summer.

Defensively reasonably ok but going forward was really poor. Struggled to string more than two passes together and the worry beforehand that the midfield looked lightweight was proved right as Bondsy waged a one man battle in there whilst the rest were generally easily brushed aside.
Fair play, though, they kept going to the end and dug out an important point.
