They look like a side with talent, which could develop but clearly all a bit cobbled together

Fairly poor performance, not to mention the small kids being escorted out in tears because of the smoke bomb, and the couple of exist jeers towards the referee.

1-0 half time lead though, and that's all that matters from a footballing perspective.

That has to be one of the worst 45 minutes I've seen from Town under McKenna
passive, happy to let MK have the ball. No energy at all. Morsy's goal came right out of the blue. It obviously changes the dynamics of the game, but some harsh words - and substitutions - needed at half time.

Been strange that Nicky Forster on ifollow sees us as being in control on midfield. To me MK seem to be breaking through with relative ease at times.

We could/should be 4 or 5 up by now and nobody could say it wasn't deserved, but we're still at 1 and despite being completely in control, I'm still sitting here thinking "I know what's coming next" and dreading watching the game

Well, we got the one fairly obvious substitution & I reckon harsh words were said at half time as we saw a completely different Town in the second half.

We've been brilliant, the best team by far, but you know exactly what's about to happen...

Mate, I honestly thought we would blow it, after missing some guilt edged chances.. Our season has been littered with dropped points from decent positions... Really good result in the end.

Is a fantastic ground, easy parking, big comfy seats,nice toilets ,quick beer and food serving and still people don't like the place

It's a Premier League Stadium with a non-league pitch at a club who probably only ever needed a stadium of about 15k

Alternative highlight of today.....
....the massive crap done by the huge bird, or maybe it was some sort of pterosaur, that was squatting in the roof of the stand.

It was about a bucketful and yet somehow appeared to do very little damage when it landed on the bottom tier.

Remarkable stuff.

It was a Peregrine Falcon…. mate clocked it and said before it goes, it will do a poo.

Saved about £3,500 of dry cleaning bills.

Was saying this to my friend yesterday, that if their stadium was ours, we’d fill it to the rafters , and I’d reckon the atmosphere would be brilliant. Not sure how big MKD is , but it’s one of the nicer “ soulless “ bowl stadiums I think. .

The thing that surprised me from watching on iFollow was so many MKD fans choosing to sit surrounded by oceans of empty seats. Wouldn’t you choose to bunch up a bit and try and create at least a bit of an atmosphere?

Best referee we've had all season

Good to hear and hopefully she'll get more games. Mind you, being tagged best league one referee this season is a bit like being the worlds tallest dwarf.

Thought he looked really good, particularly in first half. Strong, athletic and v good technically, driving through the middle and eye for a pass.

Maghoma- on loan from Brentford. Came thru Spurs. Our ratings gave him a 5.5- which is harsh. They have a number of good players. A terrible pitch for both teams yesterday didn't give the best show of anyone. I like that they still tried to play proper football right to the end.

Edit- i think they really miss Lewington running the team.
