Winner -------------- Date ------ Next 5 games the following month/season:
Paul Ince ------------ Oct 2007 - DWLWW
Paul Ince ------------ Dec 2007 - WWWLL
Paul Ince ------------ Apr 2008 - D/LWWW
Roberto Di Matteo - Nov 2008 - LWWWW
Roberto Di Matteo - Apr 2009 - WDL/DL
Karl Robinson ------ Aug 2011 - WLDLD
Karl Robinson ------ Jan 2015 - DLLWW
Karl Robinson ------ Apr 2015 - W/WWLW
Paul Tisdale -------- Oct 2018 - WLLWL
Liam Manning ------ Sep 2021 - LWLWL
Liam Manning ------ Jan 2022 - WDDWW
Graham Alexander - Aug 2023 - LDLWD
Mike Williamson ---- Dec 2023 - LWLWW

So after the first 13 MK Dons MOTM awards, 69% of the time we didn't lose the next game.
We won the next game 6 times, drew the next game 3 times, and lost the next game 4 times.

So far, that is... ;)

"I have heard people call the Manager of the Month award a curse.
It is not.
The month of the award is a blessing, for the manager, his players and their fans.
Afterwards, more often than not, things become whatever is going to pass for ordinary."

https://www.racingpost.com/sport/why-the-efl-manager-of-the-month-award-is-a-blessing-not-a-curse/399338

"Teams with a winning manager averaged just upwards of two points per game in the month following the win, down from an average 2.4 points per game in the month prior to the accolade, suggesting there is a downward trend, but whether that’s down to circumstantial factors, forces working against them or the mental aftereffects of winning the award, is down to the individual team and/or manager."

It's Pete's train set and you should all feel honoured to be granted the privilege of paying to watch him play with it.
