Missed one from this season - Sheffield Wednesday

Surprised the final game of the 18/19 season wasn't televised with both teams going for promotion, but can't remember whether it was or not

Why did you have to do this?

This forum is better when people make bold statements either vague selective memories and no data.

But in all seriousness, thanks! Love shit like this. I'd assume the 2006/07 play off games were on sky?

2 wins out of 9 since summer 2015 when I said we had a terrible TV record. I stand by that given those wins were against non league Hyde and AFC.

Can you dismiss Hyde and AFC based on standard of opposition, yet still include Chelsea and Liverpool?

I made the claim before Plymouth.

The point is more that we should have expected to win those games anyway, just like we should have expected to beat Port Vale when they hadn’t won away in a year and Northampton that same season.

2-2 draw against Lincoln at the Hockey Stadium, 8th January 2007. Edds equalised in the last minute. One of the most bonkers games of football I've ever seen. Wilbraham hit the bar, Izale missed a penalty, I think Izale might have had at least one and possibly two goals disallowed as well. It should have been about 7-2.

EDIT: the away leg of the Scunthorpe play-off in 09 was definitely televised, I remember which pub I watched it in.
