As Twine is nominated for player of the season I'd be very surprised if he isn't in team of the season.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Darling make the cut, and I reckon if any of Cumming, Kioso, Coventry or O'Riley played the whole season they may also get a nod.

No defenders have won player of the month, but Darling has been nominated and chipped in with a handful of goals. The SkyBet League One twitter base their weekly squads on Whoscored ratings, using that metric Darling, Lewie and O'Hora rank 14th, 21st and 23rd in terms of average rating for centre backs with over 30 appearances.

Having a bit of a prediction with very little knowledge but based on goals, assists and who scored ratings I reckon the team will look like

Michael Cooper / Gavin Bazunu

Little big unsure of defenders but I'll take a punt based on ratings and some lose numbers

Joe Jacobson
Michael Ihiekwe
Harry Darling
*Insert Wigan player*

Barry Bannan
Scott Twine
Max Power

Cole Stockton
Ross Stewart
Alfie May/Michael Smith/Will Keane

Where's Callum Lang in the ratings (in comparison to, say, Will Keane)?

Fairly similar. Keane 7.10, Lang 7.05. But Keane has 21 goals 6 assists, to Langs 14 goals 7 assists, with Keane looking like he may sneak the Golden Boot I'd be amazed if he didn't make the cut.

Wasnt expecting it to be a 5-2-3 formation for the squads, but not a bad guess from me
