I don't think it is a coincidence that issues off the field lead to problems on it.

Southampton, west Bromwich, Sunderland, hull (last season and most of this) Villa for about 6 seasons apart from now. Birmingham, Northampton, there are probably more.
My point is the club HAVE TO SORT OUT THE MESS THEY HAVE CREATED. Including shit loans and buying players with injuries. It's not as if they have to treat players before they walk on the pitch. Surely there are others out there.
The fans are not responsible for the last 3seasons.
In truth I'm not sure the players should take all the blame some yes not all.
I get the impression they are not in it together and until some steps are taken we will continue on a downward spiral.

Remiss of me I forgot Chesterfield. P.W. take note

So I would like to give Dan a full transfer window, and up until around November of next season, to see how he shapes with his own players and when the season starts afresh.

Yet this is the bit that worries me the most. If Dan has failed at the bits he supposed to be good at and trained for, then the bit no amount of training can prepare for, i.e. recruitment is extremely perturbing. Yes Keith Millen has limited experience and Dan has quietly been assembling team support, but recently Robbo and Robbie with the famed database has got this bit seriously wrong.

The Doncaster guy said they attracted more players in League 2, but they had Ferguson junior (with no doubt Ferguson senior's advice in the background). Ideally I would want evidence of successful recruitment on the manager's CV or we could end up with more donkeys and there is an old saying that bad money drives out good, which might also apply to players.

Neilson was rightly sacked.

Robinson was rightly sacked.

10 months too late.

Which prediction?
44 points, or 22nd place? ;)

Apart from being wrong by one position, my prediction of 44 points and 22nd place is looking pretty accurate.

I am god on here once again. Rarely wrong, mostly right.

Only 8 points from the last 2 games required for the magical 50 points now, following our fifth defeat in a row.

If we only win 7-nil at home against Scunthorpe on Saturday, no meltdown on here please - all we can do is win our final two games while Rochdale, Walsall & Oldham lose all their remaining games and we better their goal difference, to get as close as possible to the magical 50 points required for entry to the promised land of certain safety, keeping all the fun & excitement going as long as possible - it's the MK way.

Scunthorpe (H) W 8-0
Shrewsbury (A) W 0-8
with other results elsewhere as follows:

Northmpton beat Walsall
Northampton beat Oldham

Oldham lose to Doncaster
Oldham lose to Northampton

Walsall lose to Northampton
Walsall lose to Bradford
Walsall lose to Fleetwood

Rochdale lose to Oxford
Rochdale lose to Charlton

producing a final table like this:

Northampton - GD -31 - 52Pts
MK DONS ------ GD -9 -- 48Pts
-----------------------------
Rochdale ------ GD -10 - 48Pts
Walsall --------- GD -15 - 48Pts
Oldham -------- GD -19 - 48Pts
Bury ------------ GD -33 - 32Pts

Who say's we're going down? :D

Some said: "Any talk of "we're down' is absolutely ridiculous with so many games to go."
Some said: "We will absolutely not get relegated this season."

If we should get relegated on Saturday, after the Lap of Appreciation when we get to thank the players for consistently giving 110% & playing their hearts out for the badge & all three managers throughout this season irrespective of whether they liked their team selections / tactics / motivational skills or not, there'll be a game of keepy-uppy with a donated kidney taking place in the car park.
