38% probable that MK Dons will make the play-offs

End of season probabilities - as at 20 Nov:

Champions - 7%
Get promoted - 25%
Make the play-offs - 38%
Get relegated - <1%
League finish - 7th

Is that “get promoted 25%” as in finish either champion (7%j or runner up (18%?), or including get promoted via playoffs?
And is the playoffs 38% as in only finishing 3rd to 6th, giving 53% at least playoffs, or as in 38% at least playoffs.

( though I appreciate it all means nothing at all unless we win enough games)

It's a summary of probabilities as follows:
Get promoted - 25% (7% from finishing in 1st place - auto promoted, 9% from finishing 2nd - auto promoted, 9% from winning the play-offs - promoted)
