Aiden Gray? He sits in front of me at S:MK and he makes a terrible racket, singing. I can't get a wink of sleep.

Being serious, I reckon he'll be very good in the role.

I don't think I know Aiden, but I wish him the very best.

I will say that I'm a little concerned by his statement, not because I doubt his ability to do the job, but because I think that the DSA has done so well under Colin because it's focused on doing a few things really well instead of spreading itself too thin and doing lots of things half-arsed.

There's lots of stuff in the statement about expanding ideas and vision, and I worry that the DSA ends up biting off more that it can chew. I've been there and it's not much fun, I can tell you.

He's always been the power behind the throne.

In all seriousness, he's a great bloke. Does the SA's Friday night telly thing. I'd certainly vote for him if I could be arsed.

I thought I read no voting needed - he's standing unopposed?

Couldn't even be arsed to read that.
