What I found was that it's best (especially with multiple tickets on one phone) to screenshot them all before you leave home. Then they're always accessible when you get to the turnstile.

If using screenshots, make sure the brightness on your phone is turned up to the maximum before scanning.

And make sure you've done it for the correct game  !

Save it to your wallet.

That's where I keep my plastic ST. In my wallet. Easy Peasy.

A lot of people don't use a digital wallet or simply don't know how to use/set it up.
That was my first suggestion to people for the first couple of games. It was clear that it's not something a large proportion of people seem to be able to do.

The club website says over 4k season tickets have been sold. That seems lower than usual to me. Am I wrong?
If it is lower, then is it due to the increase in price (especially u12s)?

Different demographic.

Predominantly younger families and all tech savvy. Not too many moany old technophobes.

It’s the way of the world and a good thing. No point wasting paper and plastic on something that can be done electronically quite simply.

Yeah, it’s a fair bit lower, but I’ve always heard that a significant number come in just before the first game and still pay in readies at the desk.

I’m sure the price increases have had some effect, but I don’t think we’re too far off where we usually are two weeks before the first game of the season. It’s hovered around 5,000 for the last few years now, and bumped up a little with half ST’s in January. The discussion is really whether we should have gained new ST holders off the back of last season, not merely maintained numbers?
