The club must be fairly confident of promotion. If we are still in league one next season there will be a massive drop in attendance at these 2022/23 prices.
(See club web site)

Really don't see the issue here at all.

You have to disregard last season. It was a special promotion, it was very, very clear to everyone.

My ST is going up £1 a month from the 19/20 season. How can anyone complain about that?

This.

£16 a game for Adult ST holders and £10 for Under 25's (£8 in The Cowshed). Bargain.

It's a non-story - unless you're in Club Red where they will probably have a bit of a moan before stumping up the £24 a game just to get some peace and quiet on a Saturday afternoon.

Economic elasticity - Club Red fans are less price-sensitive than those in other parts of the ground.

I've got 1 child under 18, another under 12 and of course myself so the price increase is about £150 over the season. I won't be bringing any of the kids friends either next season.
But I'll still pay it, especially if it means we get some quality players in

Genuine question - is this £150 increase on top of last years prices, or 2019/20?

Both. Under 18 used to be £50 but now it's £180, unless we move to the new family stand (because they can't be arsed to ask the now grown up kids to move which means in a few years the new family stand will be full of adults ad infinitum) where it's £90. Under 12s used to be free but are now £50/£90. I don't mind charging them £50 but £90 is a bit steep.

We won't be renewing for much the same reason, sadly - as well as other stuff. Regardless of what league we are in, I just can't afford it right now.

I do think its short-sighted to end the free U12 tickets, given the age and history of the club and the need to build the future fan base. Its not as if we are short of space!!

On top of last season's price. Comparing apples with apples here and not the special price we have this season.
