Because the JPT game was against some inexperienced kids where he only played 45 minutes against. I'm sure he's progressing nicely, no need to rush

He’s now made 903 appearances for us (well, the ones we’re prepared to count, anyway…) and has surpassed Paolo Maldini’s record for one club, who is, ironically, the only player I’d have swapped him for in the last 20 years :lol:

It puts him fifth in the all time appearances for a single club in world football:

1197 Ceni Sao Paolo
1013 Bailie Linfield
963 Giggs Man Utd
955 Fabio Cruzeiro

I can t see him climbing that table tbh, but it takes nothing away from what he’s done.
