You do the math

If he doesn't improve he needs to go back to Grange Hill to learn.

Better today, less error prone, more targeted passes and a couple of Darling-esque ventures forward. Still expecting much more from him but didn't put much of a foot wrong today.

Thoughts on how he is currently getting on?

Looks to thrive in that rcb role and i think he will kick on from here and be a top asset!

Yeah I completely agree.

He's had a real rocky start, but I am convinced he will be a real asset.

Gillingham is all he knew before he joined us, so it's fair to expect a bit of adapting. He's a proven player in the league.

Yeah agree, Looks more assured on the right with O’Hora taking the central role

Had a poor first few games. Had his best game for us at the weekend against Morecambe but has a lot to prove. I'd really like to see him show what he's good at and why there was so much hype around him.

Manning should be expecting much more from him and so should our fans. He has been really poor so far, almost every game he seems to make more errors and misplaced passes than your average CB.

He's up and down like a whores drawers.

One week you think "Here we go, starting to show what he's about". The next game he's really poor.

Really struggling for any sort of consistency.
