I think the BBC is neither effective as a left or right winger, but has shown potential in a false number nine role just behind Sow

From a news perspective, study after study has revealed a consistent right wing bias. It’s s big old place though, so there will be other areas where that’s not true, or where there is a left wing bias.

But we're the studies conducted by left wing bias researchers?

No, Hitler did them. Rigourously.

If we all had a pound for every time we'd seen Winkie's name spelt incorrectly, we could mount a hostile takeover bid for 100% of the issued share capital of the makers of Bovril in a valiant attempt to actually have the drink available every fucking week. Knowing our track record in this regard, however, I can almost hear the excuse now ...

" we've got bovril, we've got cups, we've got lids ...but we've got no hot water..."

Durham wont say MK Dons because he thinks the club should ditch the connection with Wimbledon. In a way I think he he right, its time to move on. This club is in Milton Keynes and has a whole new young generation of fans who know nothing of the old Wimbledon and want to support their local team. When I take my son to watch the games and dont tell him about Wimbledon and their history, to me MK Dons is a different team. What are the positives in keeping the name and connection to Wimbledon?

It's a mark of respect for those original Wimbledon fans who stuck with the team and put up with a lot of shit for doing so. More shit than you or i will ever have to deal with.

As far as I'm concerned, it should stay for as long as they want it to stay.

And to use an analogy tell a 13 year old called Don that he has to change his name because some media dickheads don't like it and won't call him it.
