It was DM’s fault for making a stupid substitution. Cisse was having a perfectly decent game at CB, why change the CB pairing when you have a full back on the bench? Puzzling |

Displays a poor attitude towards his colleagues and displayed a poor attitude towards that situation , maybe give him 6 out of 10 as a centre back is the best thing I'll say . His passing is best described as 'stupid" . We can't be having that in a relegation battle |

Puzzling I was also perplexed by the substitution. I'm sure DM had his reasons but it clearly didn't pan out the way he hoped. If anything, it's a lesson in the importance of astute decision making as a first team manager. I trust that as he builds up a better working knowledge of our squad, his substitutions will improve. Most will forgive him easily, given that he's only had three training sessions with the squad and he's inexperienced. The difficulty for him will be learning quickly on the job, gaining the necessary data and experience, in enough time to give us a reasonable chance of survival. |
