That’s true of every club in the lower leagues. There’s the same “churn” everywhere. Crawley literally assembled a squad two weeks before the season started!
While I agree that continuity is a good thing, it’s pretty much unachievable without having the resources to fend off interest and to offer contracts longer than two years in the first place. We’ve actually moved towards the latter in offering three years contracts for key signings in the last five years or so, and have kept (whatever your thoughts on them currently) key components of the squad, like O’Hora, Harvie and Eisa, for a few seasons.
