He's done so well with home games, the last important one we played we got pumped 4-1. We were tactically awful and the players have got no mental collective strength whatsoever. If they somehow get back in the tie, they will shit themselves again.

Compare finishing fourth with where we were when he took over. Any club that got rid of a manager that achieved that would be nuts.

And wins more away games and doesn't lose anymore home games and keep more clean sheets

He needs to sort the defence AND the mentality / bottle / character throughout the squad.

Someone said do they employ a sports psychologist regarding the mentality etc. I know the answer. No. That would mean spending money

Just would bringing in an experienced assistant/advisor to work alongside - in the mould of Ray Matthias, John Gorman, Dean's dad type.
