Just skimmed the episode.

I didn’t realise they are such gods of football. So glad to receive the education otherwise I would have missed it.

In fairness - we weren't... I went into that game expecting to get smashed. We'd just been relegated and we already had some fans (WellDon being one :lol:) wanting the manager sacked. Pre season was abysmal. Nobody saw that coming.

That was said at half time when we went 2-0 up in 10 minutes though :lol: just the arrogance of it

And at that point he'd still be right. It was a shock 2-0 lead. We caught them off guard and ill prepared. I don't think it's arrogant that a manager who's just got promoted with possibly the happiest fanbase in the country aside arguably Luton behind them in a sellout crowd to expect to beat a side that just got relegated with a man like Smith at centre half who just got released from Colchester

I guess I didn't see it that early. I just thought it was very disrespectful considering the way the game had gone at the time of the comment.
