This lad is absolute class. He’s come into a high performing team, with a lot of competition in his position, yet has staked his claim to start games.

He’s such a clever player. Some of this little flicks and touches might go unnoticed but he’s able to set us on the attack out of nothing. Loved his little lay off for Gilbey against Harrogate too.

Wearne has competition for that CAM role as we head into the play offs and I’d be happy for either of them to start alongside Gilbey.

Said yesterday, I want Tezgel in behind Dean for the play offs. He offers far more than Wearne creatively. It won’t happen as we probably have a bit more balance with Wearne in the team and maybe Tezgel gets a little more space to play in as a sub (or “game-changer” in modern parlance  )

He’s quality alright, not had many chances and that’s a shame because he’s a talented player, that flick for the goal that was ruled offside was sublime

I really like Tezgel. The short balls and layoffs he makes create so much space and opportunity. I actually feel he might be a bit too clever for the other players sometimes as he plays cleverer balls than we expect. I think he deserves to start in front of Wearne whose gone off the boil a bit but he wont as Im not sure the balance of the team is quite the same without Wearne.
