How about this alternative attitude:-

Crawley are a good team, which we respect and we will need to be well prepared and drilled to have a chance of beating them over two legs.

Crawley have never been involved in the playoffs before. So it'll be a first Wembley playoff final for someone...

Hope there Manager doesn't show this thread to his players, Its a tricky tie against a good footballing side.....
