My current Direct Debt is £31.93. Prices have been frozen this season, but it says the cheapest monthly cost is £32.20. Not that I'm bothered about the 30p, just wondered why there was a difference.

I'm trying to work out if I paid for my daughters ticket up front or added to my DD for this season, hence checking the adult DD price. I recall existing ST holders getting a discount when renewing in the past, did that happen this year?

Trying to avoid calling the box office if I can.

That's £3.24 over the course of the year. Calling PW Premium Phonelines Ltd will probably cost more than that.

I've answered my own question by logging into this new Ticket Master system. The cost of my ST is £369.84 rather than £386.40. I can only assume existing ST holders get a discount, but I did not see that advertised anywhere and looked through my emails too. Odd.

So it turns out you're actually saving £16.56 a year? Sssssh, it's a secret!

Yeah but my 5 year old daughters renewal is coming up as a 'over 65 Renewal at £277.38'

I know they age quickly, but jesus christ.

Box Office told me yesterday that everyone is on the direct debit system and during the close season we will all be contacted to determine if we want stay on that or change to have a plastic ticket. Then plastic tickets will be issued as required.

Note: The "plastic" ticket will cost you £5. You can add this cost to your Direct Debit.

Cant they just reactivate this season’s plastic ticket, as once before?

The club are changing the ticket system from tickets.com to Ticketmaster therefore the old "plastic" tickets aren't linked with your new account so if you want to have a physical ticket (Season Card) you need to pay the £5. If you are on DD you can add it today (the DD's come out tomorrow) which will spread the £5 cost over 12 months. As a comparison other clubs are charging £25 for a physical ticket.

My dad will definitely need the physical card, he can barely turn his phone on. How do you opt for plastic? Do you need to speak to them or can it be done online?

Apparently it can be done online - select "Season Card" from the drop down box in your account. If you have difficulties give the Box Office a call.
