As you'll be aware the club are implementing a new ticketing system and, as part of this journey, they are notifying supporters in advance of their Direct Debit amount being implemented so that they have the opportunity to correct any errors before the Direct Debit being taken from the supporters Bank Account on May 1st. Both the MKDSA and the Supporters' Board have been made aware of supporters who feel that the DD is incorrect and after discussions with the club we'd like to make you aware of the following:

The discrepancy of any direct debit could be due to one of the following reasons…

• The new system allows tickets to be linked to enable supporters to have an easier ticket purchasing experience going forward. The club have linked those that they know about in advance, but it is possible this has been carried out incorrectly for some supporters.
• The club may have no date of birth on record – which then causes the system to default to a full adult price instead of a child price.
• The supporter may have moved into the next age category.
• Supporters are enrolled in an Academy supporters draw but do not wish to continue with this.
• The club believe that they have adjusted the charge for Blue badge parking in line with the policy (i.e. a reduction in cost) it is possible that some may have been incorrectly charged.

The Box Office is on standby from Monday to assist supporters with additional information or to correct any errors before the DD's are taken on 1st May.

Yes indeed. I haven't had my renewal letter yet - has anyone?
Last year I had the issue that our tickets had all been linked to the academy additional payment whereas I had contacted them about stopping it ages before. To be fair, and to their credit, when I phoned they apologised, sent me a revised letter within a few days and have taken the correct payment thereafter.

Not letter, but have had the email.

This Football club administration is beyond a Joke. Nothing ever improves and a new ticketing system will bring chaos and of course additional costs to those who support the club. I personally believe the supporters board is a total toothless organisation that just tips its cap to PW., it delivers nothing as it’s remit to is to the club first. The DSA is and has been for a number of years just a spent force that represents less than 1% of the fan base.

Three posts. Two start "The club has become so lacklustre in customer focus". Hmmm... Maybe it's ChatAFC. ;)

My current Direct Debt is £31.93. Prices have been frozen this season, but it says the cheapest monthly cost is £32.20. Not that I'm bothered about the 30p, just wondered why there was a difference.

I'm trying to work out if I paid for my daughters ticket up front or added to my DD for this season, hence checking the adult DD price. I recall existing ST holders getting a discount when renewing in the past, did that happen this year?

Trying to avoid calling the box office if I can.

That's £3.24 over the course of the year. Calling PW Premium Phonelines Ltd will probably cost more than that.
