Now we know it's going to be the dreaded playoffs, I can't shake the feeling that this season is going to be decided by a penalty shootout. I really, really hope I'm wrong. But given the fact we've only had 1 penalty all season, there's an interesting discussion as to who are best takers are. Here's my five I'd choose in a playoff shootout:

1. Max Dean
2. Joe Tomlinson
3. Alex Gilbey
4. Jack Payne
5. Lewie

Who would you pick?

Max, Joe and Jack. Emre? Wearne?

I like Tezgel but there's no chance I'd leave our season's chances on the shoulders of a literal child. Wearne isn't a bad shout though.

If it does go to pens, I very much doubt if Payne, Lewie or even Max would still be on the pitch. More likely to be the likes of Robson, Harrison, Dennis , or maybe Dennis , Kemp or Tezgel .

No chance I’m having Lewi on penalties.

Harvie, Bate, Kemp, Harrison, and Emre head of him (as well as those already mentioned)

Lewie has tucked away a good few penalties over the years

Maybe so, but he hasn't scored in about 25 years and doesn't even attempt to shoot anymore.

Yep, usually absolutely no nonsense and just absolutely smashes it in the corner. Genuinely think he'd be one of my first choices. Also he will almost certainly not start, meaning he'll probably be on the pitch for the shootout

We have a 100% record with penalties this season so no problems there.
Not Lewie though. I can't recall any of his in the past (though I know he took them). The thing is, with that cannon of a left foot isn't it pretty obvious where he's going to put it - to the 'keepers left?
