Yeah I am hanging on to that after the disappointment of yesterday ....my kids have only ever been there for womens football and rugby league so will be nice for them to see Dons there hopefully

What are people's predictions for the attendance - how different for different teams we might face?

Didn't we take 35k for the JPT? Although I think Wembley had not been long open, so definitely helped attract more people.

I can't see us taking over 20k if we got to Wembley.

I also don't think any of the teams currently sitting in the play offs would get more than that.

Be shocked if we cracked 22k tbh. In 2008 it was new and a novelty. Now, people have been for various different reasons so it doesn't stand out as much and we don't have 5 weeks to sell tickets like we did last time.

It was 33,000 for the JPT in 2008. As stated, Wembley was only open a year at that point so it was new for the large majority, and the club was riding on a crest of ambition over what it was destined to to become.

Also worth mentioning is that prices for a FL Trophy final ticket are nearly half those of a play off final. That’ll have a massive effect of potential numbers. Many of us laughed at Wycombe and Posh’s paltry efforts last week, but don’t be surprised if we take somewhere between to two (15,000 and 23,000) albeit at a much higher ticket price. So we should given the respective populations! However convincing your mate who only goes now and again to part with £60 + train and drink/food is never easy for these games.

Did I? That’s a first

Seriously though, wanted to say about ticket prices, as that hadn’t been mentioned.

Like every season, it always depends who we keep / recruit in off season.

I'm sure other teams have been watching Williamson as well!

Genuinely wouldn't be devastated if he left. I don't imagine they'll be queueing up for him. He has done a very good job but there are several black marks / open questions too which would likely put others off until he has proven success with a promotion etc.

Very much this.

For all the nice football we've played at home, we've been generally rubbish away.

If he talks to the players as he does his post match interviews, it's no wonder they appear lethargic. No energy, no passion no enthusiasm.

You really believe that? I mean REALLY believe that?? After the hideous 5-0 defeat we came back and won 5-0. That shows passion - oh, and the expressions on their faces and celebrations in front of The Cowshed was a delight to see.

You mean yesterday? I was as p*ssed off as anyone BUT we were beaten by the 'cannier' team with a game plan that worked. "Let 'em have all the possession and hit 'em on the break".

2-1 down we HAD to attack and that left us open - and on this day - sh*t happened.

Several really good runs in second half but ghastly final shots, a free kick that was hideous..... but 'no energy'? Or passion? We were outplayed - end of - but it wasn't down to a lack of passion or enthusiasm.

The cost will put people off but it'll also not bother many others. The Premier League final day will probably sway half of Milton Keynes to not turn up
