I read it on Facebook, Instagram and it was posted on the official site at 10am. I don't really know what more you would have wanted. Your own personal letter delivered by carrier pigeon?

The website stated that any available tickets would be released in these categories at 10am on Thursday (they were).

The socials tweeted at 10am to say they were available, and then later on to say they were sold out.

For all the issues with communication, this isn't one.

That was NOT posted on the official website at 10am. In fact it wasn’t there at 1030. So we have to subscribe to social media to support this club now do we?
The tickets were never released online. And this is a club that wants us all to go electronic next season.

It is on the website when I looked at 11am and it said posted an hour ago. I am only going by what I saw even if it was half 10 it was still put on there. As Dippy said it was plastered everywhere. If you don't use social media that is fair enough but there is still a human at the other end trying to communicate a situation that has no time to react. Cut them a little slack.

The tickets were released online……I know several people that obtained them that way.

It's 2024. If you can subscribe and read a forum as well as check the website, you can take 30 seconds to look on one of Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. It's not their fault if you live under a rock.

This club may have some serious issues providing good communication but if you're not going to help yourself, don't whinge at them.
