It's the hope that kills you, yer know. ;)
Wrexham vs Mansfield still to come...

Hate to break it to you but they played Mansfield on Saturday and won.

They do, however, still have to play Stockport, Crawley and Crewe in their remaining 5 games. They've undoubtedly got a harder run in than us.

The light has unexpectedly flickered back to life, I didn’t see Wrexham losing tonight, they do have a tough run in but it could be Barrow that take advantage of all this, I keep getting this gut feeling we’re going to fuck it up against Mansfield and the light will be switched back off

Weirdly I'm more nervous for Forest Green on Saturday than I am about Mansfield. I just always feel confident we're going to win our home games at the minute. Away from home, on the other hand...

We're quite dependent on dominating play and demoralising teams, which doesn't really happen away from home, as teams have more drive to push on. At Notts, we very rarely had much time on the ball, whereas they seemed to have an age.

Not sure what the answer is to be honest, but it might be changing the midfield to be a little bit more defensive. Robson in for Payne, hopefully Tomlinson is back and then Kelly reinstated.

I’ll quote this when we win 4-0

To be fair, if we don't beat FGR then we simply don't deserve to go up full stop. So we can just put our feet up after that point, even if we still get the two extra play off games to watch.

We’re playing bottom of the league. That’s the opposite of tricky.

I know our away record isn’t great, but we’ve won seven away games. No reason to believe that we won’t beat bottom of the league.

Would rather be playing a mid-table team than someone fighting for survival at this stage in the season.

They're also off the back of a 3-0 win away to Crewe.
