That was a truly great performance, against a very good team with an excellent home record. I still think, with 10 games left, that we have yet to put in our season defining performance but we are getting closer.

We are going up, I think, but I'm not doing a Keyser Express this year. It's going to be very, very tight. But I just feel that L1 beckons.

UTF 8-)

I'll not disagree.
(And I'm not reopening the CR bar yet either. But it is well stocked and ready for celebratory refreshments if appropriate in a few weeks time).

Couldn't really ask for a better shift from the team. Great performance and 3 points away at the League leaders.

Unfortunately, we have been very inconsistent this season, so if we want to go up automatically, we need to keep picking up 3 points. Salford won't be an easy game after their upturn in form.

No doubt the story has already been written and the 3rd automatic slot will be sealed by whoever wins on 13th April.

I don't think you realised what stadium that is...

That field definitely didn't suit us :?

After the misery of the Alexander period, to be 5 points off top and comfortable in the play off spots is a fantastic place to be. As Clough said last night, we play good football and have a fantastic midfield of technical, energetic players who on their day are the best in the league.

If you had said to me a couple of months ago that we had to go into this run of games with Kelly and Dennis starting I would have hid whimpering behind the sofa but we are grinding out results and getting closer to the top

Had a quick look at the Mansfield replies on their Full Time tweet. Didn't really see anyone complaining saying it was a 'smash and grab' or that they were hard done by. General consensus is that we're one of the best teams they've faced and we were better than them all over.

Great response from Saturday's disappointment.
