Im not sure how disbursements work in football transfers but in any event, surely its the buying clubs money rather than the selling clubs, particularly if its disbursed by the buying club?

I read Rangers offered Celtic tickets and they turned them down.

Celtic on the other hand don't give Rangers tickets.
