I am hoping we have now have a management team that will motivate the team and raise the passion levels back to where they once were.

Love him or hate him I think Neil Warnock falls in to that category and this quote ahead of the Man City v Cardiff cup -tie made me smile, honest if nothing else:

"It's been the easiest week of training. We've just been chasing shadows to get used to it. We haven't had a ball out at all. It's been great. We've just been throwing a few bits of paper up in to the wind for the players to chase."

Clearly tongue in cheek but expectations managed, pressure off players.

Love him or hate him, Warnock did a great job saving Rotherham from relegation, while we capitulated to an avoidable relegation with Robinson.
Warnock at Rotherham March-May 2016: 20 points
Robinson at MK Dons March-May 2016: 7 points...

Most Loathsome Managers (Current):
1. Tony Pulis.
2. Neil Warnock.
3. Neil Lennon.
4. Martin Allen
5. Phil Brown
6.Steve Evans
7. Martin O'Neill

Neil Lennon is the guy. Add Craig Levein to that list. Disgrace of a bloke.

If Levein is added does that explain why RN seemed to have no motivational skills. Id add Neilson as well

I'd like to see Micciche in the centre of all 'official' photos such as that. Just to make it unequivocal that he is the leader.

He's wearing a suit. It's the badge of office.

Where's his tie then? :D

Estate agents don’t wear ties.

Why isn’t the highly irritating Mick Mc Carthy on that list?

Cardiff have just missed two penalties in injury time in their 1-0 defeat to Wolves.
I'm sure Warnock will somehow blame the officials for it.

Colin is a loathsome guy.

"But he gets results!"

Napoleon once controlled most of Europe. Hung like a hamster. Ego of a small planet.

"Oh yeah, I see now that Colin's actually a total bell end. Thanks for clearing that up for me Keyser!"

It's my job Ma'am. I just deal with facts.

You'll have heard of the cricket adage of fans of a certain era (often) choosing Boycott as the man to 'bat to save their life'. In a Division 3 football scrap for 'survival', I guess wise heads wouldn't look much further than Colin as their man to save their Div 3 life. Bell end or not.
