I am hoping we have now have a management team that will motivate the team and raise the passion levels back to where they once were.

Love him or hate him I think Neil Warnock falls in to that category and this quote ahead of the Man City v Cardiff cup -tie made me smile, honest if nothing else:

"It's been the easiest week of training. We've just been chasing shadows to get used to it. We haven't had a ball out at all. It's been great.[b] We've just been throwing a few bits of paper up in to the wind for the players to chase."[/b]

Clearly tongue in cheek but expectations managed, pressure off players.
