Neil Warnock defended that horror tackle by Joe Bennett and tried to twist it around to a British v Foreign thing: nice to see him living up to his reputation as one of the most loathsome managers in Football.
His defence of the 'tackle" boiled down to the idea that if a player in Engand runs skilfully with the ball at pace, then he should expect leg break challenges.
It's insulting to everyone in this country to suggest that we are all as anti-football, and pro-thuggery, as he and Pulis.
The extra hypocrisy is that Warnock's one of the worst for blaming refs after games to excuse defeats. I'd just like to hear what he'd have to say if an opposing player had got a yellow for a foul like that. Actually I wouldn't. I've heard enough from him for a lifetime. When's he retiring?
