Is anyone else like me beginning to think this guy is a bit meh? We’re so happy to see passing football that we’re overlooking an increasing number of bizarre decisions on and off the field?

From his weird line-up decisions, to weirder subs to his spineless off-field comments. It’s all adding up to average at best.

Honestly, I feel the opposite.

I was going to post an essay about how this feels like 2020-21 under Russ. Some impressive team performances, some individual moments of quality, lots of errors and teething issues, weird decision making from players, 'high risk' footballer, a clear out of talented players who may not 'get it' or fit the style. And just like the Covid season I'm watching on TV so watching the games with a little less emotional attachment.

I really sense something special brewing in the next three years

No.

I think it's all fair and well questioning decisions and what ot, but that doesn't mean he's the wrong guy generally.. i thought Manning made bonkers decisions at times quite often as well, still thought he was a good manager for us, overall

Bring back Robbie Nielson. Downhill since he left.

Some decisions we also won’t know the reason why they’ve been made.

I questioned Lewi at RCB but perhaps its to nullify a specific threat Wrexham have down their left. Harvie may be needed over on the left due to a threat they have down their right.

Unless we have the time to analyse each opponent like the club do, we’ll never know the true reason for certain decisions.

MW is Russ without the narcissism. I enjoy watching us dominate possession and while at times it may feel slow, we eventually start to tire and break teams down, hence why we create a lot of chances in 2nd half.

Not having the ball is also fucking shit and demoralise opponents.
