Bate, Payne, Kemp, Gilbey, Wearne were especially good. Played their best games yet/in a while.

The defence seemed better. O'Hora looked his best self. Harvie committed and hard in a tackle. Norman the same. Lewie looked good when coming on and even the sluggish stuff was done well enough by the end.

We look more composed with Kelly. The defence trust him and maybe having longer with him is the justification. Maybe Marschall could benefit with a few weeks out, focus on training and then come back in.

Was a good win and the Barrow home game sprung to all our minds when we conceded. We actually suffered more yesterday than against Barrow but kept our heads. Respect to them for their commitment. It was a real strong effort

Dennis’s role in the final few minutes was to spook their keeper into miss-passes. Instead he gave the keeper all the time in the world to find his target man and to put us under pressure. Not rocket science.

I’ve no patience for him anymore. Just put a hard-working runner on instead and he’d do a much better job for our defence.
