Recently there was a post about the supporters board and its effectiveness.

I have been in recent contact with a member of the board who has been extremely helpful resolving an issue I have had and who has gone way above and beyond what I would expect.

I might not understand the role of the board, I might not have used them for the most important or obvious reason but nonetheless, they helped me when it seemed no-one else was able to and for that they deserve recognition and credit.

Glad you got the help you needed. But was that help a result of the board, or was it that the individual board member was really good? I'm not wording this very well, but I'm trying to understand if the help was as a result of the board functioning well, or was it that one individual board member just happens to be a good egg?

I don’t know is the honest answer. I reached out via the supporters board email and an individual responded and helped.

Meeting took place tonight. Anyone able to offer updates before the minutes go up in 6 week time

Talking about Afc ticket situation I believe.

We can confirm that the tickets will be on sale tomorrow in line with the clubs published ticketing policy for ticket allocations that may be oversubscribed. If you are a member of the away membership scheme or have attended 4 away games in the last year you will be eligible to obtain tickets (one per person).

The match will not be a bubble match (unless there is a last minute requirement from the police etc).

The remainder of the tickets will be available for sale next week - please see the clubs announcement tomorrow.
