Tommy was bought in for a particular style and to be honest, I thought he did quite well for us in that style amongst a sea of excrement being served up week after week.

He was never going to get a game under MW as the game we play now just doesnt suit him. I wish him well and hope he enjoys his time down in Oz.

Smith was our own player. I am not saying who is better and who isn't. I haven't seen enough of either of them to form an opinion so I take your word for it. I base my comment purely on keeping a loan player over one of our own. That's the mind boggling part for me, but if you say he is better that would possibly be why. Though a strong wind can injure Stewart. Anyway what is done is done. Good luck to him. Enjoy sunny Australia

He's our player until the end of the season, same as Smith was. Smith had signed a one year deal (I'm almost absolutely certain) and, let's face it, wasn't going to get a new one.

It's semantics by this point because neither of them will have made any appearances of any note by the seasons end and Smith has had the great chance of going and playing closer to home boosting international chances to come as well. Its a great move for him

Smith is from NZ as well, so a move down to Oz at his age will be just the ticket. Good luck to him.

Fair enough. Stewart has spend more time on the treatment table than he has on the pitch. Lets hope he can stay fit for the remainder of the season. When he comes back from his current injury.

We didn't know that Stewart was injured. Thought just out of favour. We would like to know more?

Is there an update on Tucker? I blame him for the run of injuries
