This probably isnt the best place to ask but I need some help with Castore and wondered if anyone else has had any success with getting a refund from them.

My youngest purchased an item from the website back in early December which has still failed to materialise. he contacted Castore who initially blamed black friday backlog but have now plain stopped responding.

The club just say its not them is Castore, so around in circles we go.

The item isnt expensive per se but for a young lad it was a reasonable amount and to be honest the value isnt the point. Has anyone managed to get a refund from Castore or know a route which we havent been able to access to get one?

Have you tried public messaging via their social media? That worked for me a couple of times when other companies have been dragging their feet.

Had this issue in October - had been almost 7 weeks and nothing had been dispatched. Had success using the below email.

concierge.mkdons@castore.co.uk

Also sent multiple emails to concierge@castore.co.uk

Not sure how your son purchased but could also be worth claiming through his bank?

If you paid on a card - contact the card issuer for a refund and report Castore for fraud.

I think every club who signed a deal with them should do this
