How is it so bad. I get the weather hasn’t been great but it looks awful and now has 3 games in a week!

Oh training ground how we desire you.

It was the pitch's fault we lost.
(Coupled with Tucker obviously.)

Your obsession with Tucker is a bit concerning, no doubt you blame him for that as well.

I have it on good authority he has been secretly going in at night and training on it - that's why its in the state it is. But FFS don't tell anyone. He may be source of most of our ill's* but I wouldn't want to get him into trouble.

*Including the food/drink not being available, the service in the cowshed bar, the state of the club shop, and the introduction of car parking charges.

Did you see Bradford’s pitch at all? Makes ours look like a carpet. Their grounds team did a social media vid explaining the impact of the frost. It was interesting. It’s just part or the package of being in league 2 I’m afraid.

Yes it was awful yesterday. Cut up and fairly solid given the bounce of the ball.

Odd considering we now have twice as many pitch lamps as we used to have.

Yeah it's odd, I get the weather wasn't great, but if we trained on it surely someone would've had sense to raise it wouldn't be a good idea given our schedule

Bradford have had issues with theirs for years. I remember our relegation season under Dan, where our game was called off. It was a disgrace. Never understood how a club who pulls crowds of 15K plus continue to have dog shit pitches.

Do you mean the game that was called off at 2:20 despite them knowing their pitch has terrible irrigation and there was heavy rain in the area IIRC it is something to do with the ground being built on clay, but don't quote me on that. The hilarious part of that was the club calling me and telling me the game was off when we were just getting close to Bradford. Thank you for letting us know box office but that is hardly helpful when we are all in Bradford.
