We do not want this creeping back into football, Max was very wrong in what he did, it just provoked a reaction from the thuggish “fans”.

Max needs to reign in his emotions, it’s not the first time he’s reacted to something on or off the pitch, it’s an issue which needs addressing pretty damn quick and I hope the club realise this

I hope we give the MAXimum fine to Max Dean, of fiftDEAN million dollars.

I’m not entirely sure it was Dean with the water bottle. No reports from Tranmere fans on forums, socials etc have singled him out as the culprit. Most have said our “bench” which leads me to think it was a member of staff .They’d have known who Dean was and would have named him if he’d done it, similarly they’d have said “one of the subs” if it was actually a player, I’m sure. No doubt there was more to it hence him being carted away out down the tunnel though.

If Tranmere raise some sort of official complaint then (obvs) more detail will come out.
But I wouldn't be surprised if the incident in the stadium is 'quietly forgotten' by both sides "and it's all in the past/we move on" etc.
Now OUTSIDE with the violence and the knife carrying (by one of them) that's different.

How do we know it was a knife? Report just says weapon. Could have been anything. For all we know it was a ray gun.
