England games at Twickenham always sell out, very difficult to get a ticket.

so God knows what they charge for Six Nations Games.

Had lunch with some friends yesterday who are going to England v Wales. It's £100 a pop, or thereabouts.

Also at the lunch was a Scot who saw Scotland v Italy (I think) at Murrayfield for £60-odd quid, and saw the same fixture repeated, at the same ground, 9 months later as part of a World Cup and it was £150. The details are a bit vague (I wasn't paying attention) but you get the point. Massively expensive, reflecting it's largely middle-class market. Same as when I go to Lords for test cricket.

At least with Test Cricket you get a whole day of banter and drinking - and occasionally sublime cricket ;)

That's why Rubgy League was invented. It is Rugby for the common man!

I would be very surprised if it didn’t get to 6,000 , could be a crowd in excess of 14,000 and the good thing is the money is all ours.

Makes our 150 sold to date for Walsall look embarrassing.

Don’t fret, we’ll sell out our allocation as usual ;)
