THE CONCRETE ROUNDABOUT (TCR)

I got the first name but couldn't get the surname.

When I saw the first two teams, I thought it would be easy but I have honestly never heard of him.

I managed to get this one but it was only because I got the surname and then recalled a conversation with the fans around where I sit if he was a relation to a later similarly named player.

I dont recall him at dons at all.

Oh and btw, I've now removed all players who only played for our youth teams, to avoid another Leon Lobjoit situation.

Got todays player in about 5 seconds. My ability to spell his name took me to the 4th attempt!!

This one feels like it shouldn't be that easy, but as soon as I read the first two teams his name immediately came into my head.

Yeah, I got this one on the first go.
Struggled a bit with the last few days - I managed to work out yesterday's obscure one on the fourth go, which I was happy enough with. But it also took me ages to remember the 3, 5 31 year old defender the day before - which was a poor effort.

What a player this guy was though! I seem to recall him conceeding a penalty when the ball was in the opposition half.

Got in on the 5th attempt today. Should have been easier than that but just couldn’t muster it up and only got it by stumbling across the Christian name. Funny how this game works with what’s easy and what’s not.

1st time today!

Got it 1st time as well. 2nd day running, so hoping for the hat trick tomorrow.
