Someone has mentioned there is a posibility that Wombles match could be postponed due to International callups by AFC.

Anyone know if this is likely to be the case??

They didn’t postpone their game over the last international weekend which was pretty recent, so I doubt it.

They need to have at least 3 call ups. Do they have that?

If they can, they will. Just to fuck with us more than anything. They'll still beat us with said callups missing, probably.

What the fuck is a callup? Is that like scallops?

Looks like they have two players regularly called up for internationals, for Iraq and New Zealand, no idea if those nations are in action that weekend

New Zealand are, as Tommy Smith has also been called up.

As do Iraq. So 1 more call up, even if its at youth level and they can request to postpone.

Considering Ali Al Hamadi is their best player and will be away with Iraq, I suspect they'll be doing all they can to get it postponed.

Their NZ player isn't in the squad. Fortunately.
