Yes it was FA Cup day v Reading but both teams were trying to win, and the worst team in league one just beat us

So if we somehow did get promoted this season, clearly were not good enough to stay up in league one....currently

I do think were close to play-offs but would need a summer strengthening of the team to stay up.

Don't agree with you dear boy. If Max had started we would have had that sewn up by half time. Leko put several balls in the box that SloMo made little or no attempt to get. Max would have had a field day.

By that logic, Aldershot are a top half L2 team. Cup football form isn't always directly comparable with how a team would do in the league.

and if Max continues his fine form....he will be sold
I still think were bottom 6 or so in league one with this team currently
all depends if we strengthen or just sell our best players as we have done in the past

Let's leave any sort of discussion about 'how will/might we do in L1' until we get there eh?

why ?
each season as season starts we talk about where we think we are and predict end of season positions.
All I ask is does our team stand up if we were in league one that's all
I don't think we currently do & itll depend on which of our best players are sold and if we get the money to replace
Thats all

We beat a team at the top two of L1 so by your logic we'll automatically go up again next season.

But we also drew to Sutton so we'll probably also go down this season

no different to what i have said after that same game

You cant compare a first round cup tie with a league encounter, we were not at full strength and Reading probably weren’t either.

We’re in league 2 they’re in league 1, that’s how it stands at the moment, pointless speculating about shit in the future

Unclean. Those bally chavs down at Southern Water have my exclusive postcode as 'no water pressure'. In other words, my cock will be going yet another week unwashed. Last week was out of choice.
