Filthy is only 14. Therefore he is a minor, so his opinions don't count and he has no rights, which is way I offered him a job as minimum wage house boy.

For once, I'm very happy with Pete's choices and very excited about what the next few years have in store with these three in charge. I feel like we have a bit of what was lost during Neilson's time back again already. It feels right to have this management team, and I like the addition of Lewie in a player-coach role. There's really nothing not to like here. Micciche - Exciting appointment, knows the club inside out, knows the philosophy (and mentioned it in that video clip), well respected as a bit of a pioneer in youth football. Millen - Provides experience and knowledge that fill in the gaps of Micciche's experience, anything Micciche isn't sure on outside of tactics, I'm sure Millen will at least have contacts to assist with any issues if he doesn't know himself. Lewie - Provides a bridge between the first team and coaching staff, knows the players already so can provide that input to Micciche/Millen, and allows him to gain experience himself in a coaching role. Another major plus point... ...as Micciche was England U16 boss and involved in the England academy set-up for 4 years, he will already know all of the top young prospects at clubs around the country that have been on training camps, or involved in the England youth teams. Those players he managed at U16 level will now be at U17/U18/U19 level and we will have a huge advantage in potentially securing some of those on loan or even on a permanent deal if they had a positive relationship with him.
