Hearing a lot of people and news outlets implying grayson isnt interested, i'd have £20 on it that he wasn't even offered the job or asked in for an interview. To me it seems evident pete is hell bent on harnessing our identity and ethos as an exciting, expansive, passing side again. I dont think he had anyone else in mind other than someone who would restore our footballing identity through the first team. A really exciting prospect for me having someone in dan who gets mk and is passionate about delivering a certain brand of football whilst acompanied by a highly experienced assistant in millen who has worked with some of the best managers at organising defenses. Massive coup and exactly what we need imo. Even if we cant escape the drop this is a long term project in my eyes and we will do well to get behind them in the stands and aid them in restoring this team spirit and milton keynes football culture. Im not looking at the next 6 months im looking at where we will be in 5 years if this project achieves its potential. Coyds |

Ince - 609 appearances in club football and 53 more appearances for England RDM - 323 appearances plus 34 for Italy KR - Assistant Manager at Blackburn and MK Dons Dan Micciche - England Under 16s head coach and MK Dons youth coach. No professional football experience. You can see why people are sceptical sitting in 21st place. Not to say it’s the wrong appointment, time will tell, but a little concerning. Jose Mourinho & Arse Wenger - worse footballers than me. John Barnes, Ruud Gullit and about 8,000,000 others - great footballers, lots of caps, jingle-jangle medals. Fucking useless managers. |

I think Pete is trusting his instincts again. I want to look forward to going to games again. Want to see a passing team that goes forward and looks like it really does have a fucking clue what it’s supposed to be doing. If we get that, I’m really not so bothered if we take a relegation hit along the way. |

Not wanting to piss on the parade, but we might have to accept a relegation with this appointment. It is a great choice and fits the MK Dons 'way', but not sure it'd have the required impact to steady the ship this season. As ever, I'd loved to be proven wrong! |
